Learn to run at your level and at your pace. Whatever your current fitness level.
During that appointment, the coach will set up an individualized LEARN TO RUN program specifically for you that is based on your current fitness level and your long term fitness goals.
You will then be invited to join other new runners in our group program and implement your personal plan within that group. Or you may choose to implement your program on your own.
It doesn’t matter how fit you are right now. Do not be intimidated. Our coaches work with runners at all levels. They use a gradual, progressive process that gets people moving toward accomplishing their long term fitness goals.
